Join us for our Lunch and Learn!  Our Program will feature a two-person panel examining a Design-Bid-Build project that encountered significant challenges. The presentation will outline real-world examples of how the project was impacted, the steps taken to overcome those issues, and the key lessons learned. It will also demonstrate how these insights are now being applied to a Design-Build project for the same client. Throughout the discussion, the panelists will view the project through the lens of Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), highlighting how VDC tools and processes shaped both the setbacks and the improvements implemented moving forward.
